WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I am located in Columbus, Ohio but will travel anywhere and everywhere for weddings. Travel fees may apply if not in OH, SC, or TN. 

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

This varies on the type and duration of the session, but here are some averages:

1 hour session - 50+

Bridals - 100+

4 Hour Elopement - 300+

Full Day Wedding (8+ hours) - 800+

I am the photographer that holds nothing back when it comes to good images. Honestly, I typically deliver twice as many images as promised! I'm never NOT going to give you all of the best photos from your session. On the same note, I'm only going to include the images that I deem creditable as professional quality and within my artistic standards. 

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?

Step 1 - shoot me an email or fill out my contact form and make sure to let me know what type of service you are interested in! If it's a wedding, make sure to include the following info: date, venue and/or city

Step 2 - I'll email back super fast (well, at least I try to) and I let you know my availability, answer any questions you may have and hopefully get you on the books!

Step 3 - If booking a wedding, to officially book your date I require a 30% non refundable retainer that goes towards your final total as well as a signed contract returned to me. 

WHEN IS THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE?

The remaining balance is due one week prior to your wedding date. If booking another service, payment is due at the time of your session. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At this time, I accept Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App. 

CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE THE WEDDING?

Yes, of course! I actually highly encourage this. Choosing a wedding photographer is a HUGE investment and I want to make sure I check all of your boxes. You've obviously seen my work which is why you reached out in the first place, but photography is so much more than that! Let's get to know each other, you'll want someone you'll be comfortable around on your wedding day. Whether it's coffee or just a phone call, I'm always here for it. 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BOOKING?

If booking for a wedding, we will first set up an engagement session (if wanted). Sometimes this is in advance, so I'll be in touch when it gets closer to that time to make sure we are still on! After the engagement session, I'll reach out about a month before your big day to have you fill out a wedding questionnaire. From there, I'll look at your answers and schedule a phone call to create/discuss the timeline of your day! 

DO WE NEED TO FEED YOU DURING THE RECEPTION?

If I am going to be with you for more than 4 hours, please feed me! Wedding days are very long and I get extremely hungry come reception time. Plus, that's typically the only break I get because who wants their photo taken while eating? If buffet style, I'll get in line right behind the wedding party. If it's a served dinner, please notify the caterer or wedding planner that I'd like a meal. If I have a second photographer with me, please include them as well! 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET OUR PHOTOS?

As stated in my contract, your wedding photos will be delivered within 10 weeks of your wedding day. On average, this turnaround time is typically way sooner but I like to give myself more time during wedding season just in case! All other sessions will be delivered within 2 weeks. 

DO YOU RELEASE RAW (UNEDITED) IMAGES?

I do not give out any unedited images. The main purpose of my job and why you hire me is to put my creative abilities to work. The editing process takes a lot of thought, time and is something I pride myself for in my work! 

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS AND ALBUMS? DO WE HAVE TO PRINT THROUGH YOU?

Your images will be delivered on an online gallery where you'll have the ability to directly order professional prints, albums and more. Please note that you are not required to print from your gallery - personal printing rights are all yours! This means you may download your images and have them printed at the location of your choice. If printing elsewhere, please keep in mind that not all printing labs are created equal so quality may vary.

WHAT IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE?

Life happens, I get it. I am very understanding when having to reschedule a session, but please keep in mind that I book sessions months in advance and may not be able to fit you back in my schedule right away. If your session required a down payment, this is nonrefundable if cancelling.  

 

If rescheduling or cancelling a wedding or other event, deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred within 365 days of your original event date. If booking outside of this time, a new deposit will be required to book your new date.
